Kristine Granger, Founder & Director

Rock Street Studio has been the property of the Kristine Granger family since 2001. Kristine Granger is an Artist, Educator, and Curator. When she was 25 years old, she had the dream to create a space for artists to come and create their magic. Kristine raised her son in this home from the age of five. Her son is now a father of his own and it is finally time for her dream to come true. As Founder, Kristine took on this project in the hopes of creating a community and home for artists of all mediums, backgrounds, and stages in their journey. Please join Kristine, her dog, Bob the Beagle and the Gals (the chickens of Rock) for an unforgettable experience at Rock Street Artist Residency.

At this time we are accepting two artists per residency. Each artist will have their own bedroom and studio space. During the residence we also host optional artist presentations, a literature night, open studios, and guest dinners. We encourage communal activities such as sketch walks, figure drawings and other events that may be suitable during the year. All meals are included with your residency. Gourmet meals served daily; when possible we use locally sourced and organic ingredients.
